Mothers & More Welcomes New CEO Gina Maione Earles

Elmhurst, IL – Mothers & More welcomes Gina Maione Earles as its new Chief Executive Officer. Gina brings years of nonprofit management experience leading and strengthening organizations.

Most recently, Gina was a Founding Board Member and Executive Director of Studio Arts Boulder, Inc., a nonprofit formed to create a center for studio arts. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director of Engineers Without Borders-USA, a multi-million dollar international nonprofit organization that works with communities to design and implement low-cost sustainable engineering programs.

“Gina is a leader in every sense of the word,” said Tara Brettholtz, President of the Board of Directors for Mothers & More. “She has carved out an impressive career that includes managing a national non-profit organization and starting her own business. Gina has been able to combine work, family and her passion for volunteerism in different ways at different times as her family’s needs have changed over time. We believe she will inspire and implement great things for Mothers & More and its members.”

Gina fills the role of Chief Executive Officer following the resignation of Mothers & More founder and long time CEO Joanne Brundage in January. Joanne brought a strong commitment and passion for Mothers & More for 20 years. She inspired many mothers to volunteer their time and energy to keep Mothers & More relevant and her contributions will be greatly missed.

Mothers & More is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of mothers. It is committed to creating a place for mothers to feel a part of a larger community of women who are experiencing the challenges that all mothers face, not only in raising children but also in fulfilling their sense of self and understanding society’s often mistaken assumptions about them. The organization addresses mothers’ needs as individuals and members of society and promotes the value of all the work mothers do.
